How do I take it?

Is it the same as black cumin?

Yes. Black cumin is another name for Nigella sativa. It is not related to the cumin in your spice rack.

Why softgels and not the oil?

The oil is strong and peppery. A softgel gives you the same cold-pressed oil without the taste.

Who should not take it?

Skip it if you are pregnant or nursing, and talk to your doctor first if you take blood thinners, blood pressure or blood sugar medication, or have surgery coming up.

How long does a bottle last?

Thirty mornings at two softgels a day.
