A seed with many kitchens
Black seed is the small, angular seed of Nigella sativa, a pale blue flower grown from Ethiopia to India.
Seeds of it were found among the provisions in Tutankhamun's tomb. Ibn Sina wrote about it a thousand years ago, and in Arabic it is still called habbat al-barakah, the seed of blessing.
We kept the old way: pressed cold, never heated, sealed into softgels so you can take it with breakfast.
